Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

We offer standard UK shipping options via trusted couriers. Availability may vary depending on your location and the items in your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that delays due to weather, customs, or courier issues may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Change of Address

If you need to amend your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch.

Returns Policy
As one of the key aspects to His Loss is to provide outstanding customer satisfaction to our customers, we expect low level of refunds being processed. However, due to the chance of an unlikely event, our refund policy is as follows:

You have the right to return any product purchased from His Loss within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. 

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@hisloss.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the return address and next steps.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item, the product was found to be defective or arrived damaged. Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance, which are beyond our control, are not considered valid reasons for initiating a return.

Return Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Return Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition unless they were reported as faulty upon delivery. In some cases, we may issue a replacement item without requiring the original to be returned. However, if you are unsatisfied with the replacement, both the original and the replacement item must be returned to be eligible for a refund. This is a one-time courtesy. Any future replacements will only be issued once the original item has been returned.
